SIBU: A total of 15,211 senior citizens here have signed up for the Kenyalang Gold Card (KGC) programme, says Minister of Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Dato Sri Fatimah Abdullah.

However, she acknowledges that among the 46 strategic partners of the membership programme meant for Sarawakian elderly individuals aged 60 and above, none is from this division.

In Kuching, there are 22 partners, while Miri and Limbang have 13 and 11, respectively.
