Heart breaking case.. poor lady. The murderer had live an extra 13 yrs longer after being arrested! Waste of resources.

no matter how many CCTV camera in place is useless. The guard on duty should b monitoring the CCTV , there bound to be a little struggling along which the guard should noticed. Secondly, there is corruption in between the men on duty which allowed it to pass through , given the excuses of leaving the place of work . in urgent need. ( which I don't refer this case ))How the barrier can open without card.
