A 47 year-old woman got so high she gnawed on a miniature horse’s mane in the mistaken belief that it was candy, it was claimed. Cynthia Teeple was spotted wearing only a bra and a pair of jeans while chowing down on the animal’s flank in a field in Jackson, Tennessee, last month.
