Robert Sheehan’s Nathan in Misfits is arguably one of the best television characters from the noughties, but the part almost didn’t go to him.

It turns out Game Of Thrones star Alfie Allen was also lined up to take on the part of the hilariously irritating juvenile and bosses of the acclaimed Channel 4 drama were pretty split on which actor to cast.
