Great British Bake Off series three winner John Whaite is ‘overwhelmed’ that this year’s winner Peter Sawkins referenced him as an inspiration during last night’s final.
Peter mentioned John’s victory after judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood named him 2020 champion, and stated that he’d watched the scenes a number of times.
