The Singapore Police Force (SPF) finally solved a missing persons case after 13 years. Ms Felicia Teo Wei Ling was reported missing back on 30 Jun 2007 after visiting the Marine Terrace apartment of two male “friends” in the wee hours of the morning. The SPF initially interviewed these men but they claimed Ms Teo had left the flat in the wee hours. No other incriminating evidence was found after the flat and CCTVs were searched.
