Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) has expressed a desperate plea to Sharon (Letitia Dean) in EastEnders, begging her not to let her son Ian die as his health gets worse and worse.

While Kathy suspects that Sharon isn’t taking Ian’s health seriously, she is oblivious to the fact that Sharon is poisoning her husband as revenge for his actions on the boat which contributed to Dennis’ death.
