There are many scammers nowadays. To save time and not to be harassed, one should immediately hang up the phone or report as spam when received via whatapp or wechat. My advice is to be safe then sorry. I was once a victim for investment tips.

I encounter 1 phone call.. claimed from ocbc but china speaking lady.. since im boring,i entertain her.. she speak chinese but im not 1.. i keep talking in english den she ask me can i speak chinese.. i answer politely "yes mdm" she asked again,what u know chinese words.. so i said *knnpcb* she straight away hangup..
