Food delivery customer shocked after drink arrives spilled, noodles not covered properly

A woman disappointed when a food delivery order for her son arrived with the cover not closed tightly and a drink that had spilt out of its cup into a plastic bag.
The Stomper told Stomp that her son's friend had kindly ordered lunch for him from Pontian Wanton Noodles at Rivervale Mall on Wednesday (May 19).

Dont blame riders but tbe restaurants dont oack properly and cause the loss for the customer.

If the stall is good one, they should prepare another replacement set for free. This is not the way to run a biz.

I think it is not the rider fault but the restaurant owners who did not packed properly. Riders job is to deliver not make sure the items are packed nicely.
