AIRASIA Group Bhd’s logistics arm, Teleport Commerce Malaysia Sdn Bhd, is acquiring homegrown online food delivery provider, Delivereat Sdn Bhd, for RM41.49 million to strengthen its door-todoor service under 24 hours in Malaysia.
