These cyber charges ought to be clamp down by the government on a National-level. Such cases should also be brought to MOE where the authority shouldn't empower institutions or have their school curriculum set to use electronic tablets as compulsory tool for education. This will inevitably give children a channel to be exposed to online gaming and materials taking their focus away from the intended.
