Many users of the communication platform Slack, have been experiencing some technical difficulties today (9 March 2022). Some Twitter users have reported being left with the words processing uploaded file stuck on their screen. So what exactly is the issue and how can you fix this?Weve taken a look into the problem and what Slack has to say about it. The issue explainedThe main issue reported by users appears to be that video and image files will not upload. However, according to Slacks System Status, other areas of the platform including messages, calls and link previews have an incident warning. The issues which were first reviewed at 10:49 am have been updated throughout the day as Slacks team continue to fix any bugs. Whilst all services other than logins, connections and notifications still currently show incident warnings, at 17:45 pm, Slack provided the following update:Thank you for sticking with us as we investigated! We have pushed a fix for this issue and while some affected features should be working as expected now, please note that other actions may take a bit longer to resolve as the fix takes effect.
